On February 12, 2009, Colgan Air Flight 3407 experiences a stall at a low altitude and crashes into a neighborhood close to Buffalo, New York. Tragically, all passengers and crew aboard perish, along with one individual on the ground. Investigations reveal that several significant mistakes by the flight crew may have stemmed from their exhaustion.
