Although Haru initially dismisses him as dull, Kamiya offers him a spot on his Extreme Baseball squad, with Taiga tagging along. During a crucial game against a competing team, Haru faces his fears and ultimately chooses to commit to Shun and the team, embracing his newfound strength.
