As the weeks fly by, Ken and Guillaume's hopes of making it big are dwindling due to persistent equipment failures and a crew member who has vanished. Bernie’s choice to relocate to Snow Creek appears to be beneficial, provided he can motivate his sons to rise to his standards. Meanwhile, Al McGregor’s successful run is jeopardized when he breaks a hitch while attempting to relocate his sluice.
