As the townspeople prepare to celebrate Founders' Day, Chris and Maggie stumble upon an old garage filled with memories, discovering Roslyn and Cicely's vintage Model T. While they work on restoring the car, Chris finds himself drawn to Maggie. Meanwhile, Maurice becomes convinced that Miranda is the reincarnation of his uncle and decides to take a keen interest in her. The Capras reevaluate their finances as they dream of building a house on their newly acquired land. Phil experiences a severe anxiety attack triggered by nature, leading him to urge Maurice to repurchase the property. In a bid to stand out, Michelle risks frostbite by refusing to wear the anonymous gifts she has received.
