Feeling down, Dan shows Laurie around his basement, showcasing his collection of old crime-fighting gear. Later, when he attempts to be intimate with Laurie, he finds himself unable to engage. Concerned by Dan's mood, Laurie encourages him to put on his old costume and take a spin in the Owl Ship, hoping to lift his spirits.
