S3E5 The Big Dipper, Part 1

Sinister and Cad come up with a new wicked invention they name the Big Dipper, designed to deplete all of Earth's water sources. During initial tests, however, the machine ends up just flooding Simon's laboratory. After several failed attempts, the Big Dipper is finally operational, poised to wreak havoc on the planet's water supply. With this device, Simon might just have the key to achieving his dreams of world domination!
