Andy and Barney are taken aback when they discover that Otis, the local drunk, has acquired a flashy new car. Following a night of revelry, he ends up passed out, prompting the duo to lock him in his regular jail cell and play a prank by pretending he’s dead to give him a wake-up call. However, they soon realize that Otis might already have a lesson in mind.
