Episode Overview

After local model Naomi Gaines suffers a brutal attack by the assailant known as "The Carver," Sean steps up to perform her reconstructive surgery for free, bringing McNamara/Troy into the media limelight as they combat the negative press from Bobbie Broderick. Meanwhile, Matt gets caught sneaking into the house at night and fabricates a story about studying with Ava's son, Adrian. When Julia invites everyone for dinner, Adrian inadvertently exposes Matt and Ava's secret relationship, prompting Julia to confront them angrily. As Matt struggles with the pressure of his relationship with Ava, she reveals a shocking truth about his mother.
