Her husband, Jim, who had been married to her for 24 years, displayed an unsettling lack of worry, informing authorities that Victoria frequently went missing and had previously attempted suicide on two occasions. Despite extensive search efforts, no trace of her was uncovered. Her daughters enlisted a private investigator, who, during his inquiry, uncovered evidence of a hidden affair that could change the course of the case.
