S5E17 People v. Gunny

Chaos erupts in the JAG office when Gunnery Sgt. Victor Galindez, known as "Gunny," faces assault charges stemming from a fight outside a gay bar while off duty. It soon emerges that P.O. Tiner was also caught up in the incident, having intervened to defend a friend whom Gunny was attacking. At the same time, Mac struggles with the implications of the "don't ask, don't tell" policy as office dynamics shift amid growing suspicions about Tiner's sexuality.
