Robson, suffering from severe dental pain, reluctantly heads to the dentist, a visit he dreads. The dentist suggests gum replacement surgery as a solution. Meanwhile, Alvarez considers giving his dog to Rivera, the guard he injured. Ryan grows increasingly anxious as Cyril's trial approaches. Redding continues his hunt for the person responsible for Hill's drug overdose. To protect the truth, Poet persuades Busmalis to tell Redding that one of the Italians is to blame, leading Redding to poison DeSantos. Chucky's health declines, prompting him to seek Sister Peter's spiritual guidance. At the same time, Sister Pete searches for those who attacked Guenzel, but the only ones who know—Said, Beecher, and Schillinger—remain tight-lipped.
