After experiencing the pain of a fractured family, Lulu promised herself that her marriage would endure. She diligently fulfills her wifely responsibilities, but when she learns she is infertile, her insecurities surface. Even with Arnel's unwavering love, Lulu suspects him of cheating, including with her close friend Emma. This turmoil ultimately pushes them apart.
