Episode Overview

As Steve and Cedric navigate the challenges of living together, Steve makes a bet with Regina that he can form a school band in less than five days. After an unexpected encounter with the school board president at a restaurant, Steve commits to showcasing the band at an upcoming banquet, only to discover that budget cuts have eliminated the band. Undeterred, he wagers Regina: if he fails, he must don Bermuda shorts and sing "I Will Survive" while gardening in her yard; if he succeeds, she’ll wear a black cocktail dress and serve him dinner with a sultry dance. With the stakes set, Steve begins assembling the band, but tensions rise when Cedric announces he’s invited 80 friends over for a party that night, much to Steve's dismay.
