S1E19 Slow Death

The episode opens with MacGyver making a daring leap onto a speeding train after missing it earlier, tasked with delivering classified files to the U.S. Government. Shortly after, the train is halted by a local tribe, who take all the passengers hostage. They demand the identification of the men responsible for the death of the tribal leader's son, believing one of them is on board.
