Episode Overview

In a heartfelt episode, Jesse's grandfather Iorgos "Papouli" Katsopolis returns from Greece, bringing warmth and joy to the family. One morning, after Michelle heads off to school, the family decides to wake Papouli, only to find that he has passed away peacefully in his sleep due to heart failure. When Michelle comes home and learns the news, she is heartbroken. Jesse, who is equally affected by the loss, steps in to comfort her. Meanwhile, Kimmy and D.J. squabble over a pair of sunglasses, but Papouli's passing helps them realize that their friendship is far more valuable than any material thing.
