During his trip to London to finalize a military agreement, Borb, the president of the Balkan Republic, faces a shocking turn of events when his private secretary is murdered by a mysterious masked wrestler known as the Decapod. To enhance the security around Borb, Steed is brought in to reinforce the president's bodyguards. However, the threat escalates as the Decapod persists in targeting those in Borb's inner circle.
