Episode Overview

Evelyn is on a mission to secure a celebrity for her Children’s Welfare charity event and recalls that Sammy Davis had volunteered the previous year. Seizing the opportunity, Fred decides to disguise himself as a cello player. However, when Sammy fails to show up as promised, the guests begin to grow impatient. In a desperate move, Fred dresses up as Sammy Davis himself to entertain the crowd. Just as things seem to be spiraling, the real Sammy Davis arrives, explaining that car trouble delayed him. The two then join forces for a lively rendition of "Chicago, that tottlin' town."
