After the body of a teenager is discovered in the Hudson River, Lt. Benson suspects that Rob Miller might be involved in the young person's untimely death, but lacks concrete proof. With only circumstantial evidence at hand, ADA Stone decides to pursue the case in court to prevent Miller from causing further harm.
