The judges have an urgent topic to address with four fortunate chefs: waffles! The contestants showcase that waffles are versatile enough to shine beyond breakfast by featuring them prominently in each dish and round. To kick things off, the chefs spice up their waffle appetizers with chiles de arbol. In the second round, they whip up a rich Belgian waffle batter for the irons, and finally, the dessert round sees waffles transformed into delightful cookies.
