Four talented chefs, each with remarkable weight-loss journeys, step into the Chopped kitchen ready to compete. They face a mystery basket in the first round containing a fatty protein that tests their commitment to healthy cooking. As they move into the entree round, they must skillfully prepare a fish and reinvent a snack food.
