S01E01 Top Star Im Se-ra

Im Se-ra is at the height of her stardom, but not everyone is happy for her. Go Hui-yeong, an actress filled with jealousy, harbors intense resentment towards Se-ra. Despite her glamorous life, Se-ra struggles with hidden pain. A phone call from Dokgo Cheol, a new detective, brings her some solace. However, everything changes when a car crash plunges Se-ra into a coma, and upon awakening, she discovers a world that has continued to evolve in her absence.
