S3E1 Ryker

Emmett Ryker, a former lawman turned hired gun, arrives in Medicine Bow at the behest of Hagen. Hagen, who has a mortgage on Hale's ranch—a friend of Judge Garth—plans to force Hale off his land. Despite his sense of morality, Ryker initially declines to get involved. However, when Hale is murdered, suspicion falls on Ryker. Forming a bond with Trampas, he decides to assist Hale's daughter, Janet, in uncovering the truth and bringing the real culprits to justice.
