Imprisoned in the notorious Sona facility in Panama, Michael, T-Bag, Bellick, and Mahone are desperate to escape. Their hopes are dashed when they discover that the prison has been deserted by the authorities due to the dangerous nature of the inmates. Michael embarks on a search for a fellow inmate named Whistler, navigating through the prison's sewers. Meanwhile, Lincoln grapples with Sara's unexpected absence and learns that LJ has landed in trouble, all while he works to reclaim the 5 million dollars at stake.
