Swiper, deceived by a mischievous elf who adores dancing, finds himself ensnared in a magical bottle. It falls to Dora and Boots to enter a dance contest at the castle to save him! With the grand prize being a single wish, their goal is to use it to release Swiper from his enchanted prison.
