Episode Overview

Finch and Elliot are clashing over their affection for Amy. Jack steps in, cautioning Amy that their rivalry is disrupting the workplace atmosphere. In an attempt to resolve the situation, Finch and Elliot agree to a bizarre arrangement: they will share her time equally. However, Amy finds this unacceptable and chooses to leave the magazine after landing a lucrative book deal. Meanwhile, Jack and Nina endeavor to introduce Kevin to the perks of wealth, inadvertently leading him down a path of excess and debt, transforming him from a carefree individual into a stressed, unhappy person.
