As Tom and Lexi bear the heavy burden of humanity's fate, they set out to confront Tom's arch-nemesis and discover a means to dismantle the all-powerful Espheni Power Core. At the same time, a menacing new Espheni Bomb is unleashed over Chinatown, leaving the 2nd Mass paralyzed and on the brink of Human Skitterization.
