Later, he meets with Greg Clancy, an architectural conservator, to delve into the house's history. Using an architectural model, Greg and Chris Hagger ponder the extent of the restoration needed. In the meantime, a percolation test has been conducted to pinpoint the ideal location for the new septic system.
