On Halloween night in Tampa, the action intensifies for the team. Tony and Dave rush to assist a woman suffering from a BB gun wound to the chest, where she's bleeding heavily. Meanwhile, the ROC Squad answers a call about a man who has been shot, prompting Will and Dimitri to step into detective mode to identify the perpetrators. Later, Air Control directs Robb and Bethany as they pursue a suspect trying to evade capture by hiding in a dumpster.
