Officers Victor and Lejon take part in a SWAT operation aimed at capturing a suspect involved in a homicide. Meanwhile, the fire department works to rescue a man who has plunged into the Mississippi River. For the EMTs responding to calls tonight, their role involves providing solace to victims just as much as it does saving lives.
