Two young brothers find themselves apart shortly after arriving at the St. Clair County Jail in Illinois. Meanwhile, a laid-back stoner discovers that his quest for marijuana could lead him to mingle with dangerous criminals. In another part of the facility, a tough teenager encounters an even more ruthless gang member while serving time.
