After a donor heart intended for a critically ill young girl is taken, Tony leads a team of detectives on a mission to retrieve it before it's too late for both the heart and the girl. The situation escalates when the thief reaches out to the girl's frantic parents, demanding a ransom of $75,000 for the stolen organ.
