Mac and Dani are dispatched to assist a man who took matters into his own hands after someone pilfered funds from his charity. They discover that the town where the thief is hiding is rife with corrupt officials who have arrested the charity worker and are actively preventing the thief's extradition. Determined to rescue the man and bring the thief to justice, Mac and Dani must navigate the town's corruption to ensure that the thief can be apprehended.
