The knockout rounds kick off, featuring the top contenders from the battle rounds under the guidance of coaches Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, and Pharrell Williams. Each artist faces off against a teammate again, but this time they choose their own individual songs to perform, while their competitor looks on. Music icon Miley Cyrus joins as a special advisor, helping the coaches and their teams get ready for this challenge. Ultimately, the coaches will select one winner from their team to advance to the live shows, while the artist not chosen becomes eligible for a steal by another coach.
