Detective Sugar Peace has her suspicions about Pinochle after discovering that social media posts documenting their chaos have vanished, and any inquiries into their actions seem to abruptly end. Frustrated by her colleagues’ dismissive attitudes at the station, she can't shake the feeling that there’s more to the story. Unable to sleep due to her unease, she resolves to pursue her own investigation. Meanwhile, her superior, Captain Greg Young, reaches out to two prominent figures in the community, leading to unexpected revelations.
