S4E11 Dr. Bellows Goes Sane

Dr. Bellows is convinced he has compiled a thorough report on Tony and plans to share it with General Peterson. Aware that this dossier could jeopardize his position in the Space Program, Tony asks Jeannie to create a strong wind to disperse Dr. Bellows' documents. While this plan appears effective at first, the cunning Dr. Bellows had already made duplicates and sent them to General Peterson, who is currently reviewing them in his office.
