Taking her mother's suggestions to heart, Jeannie decides to accept Roger's offer of marriage to provoke jealousy in Tony. To add to the ruse, she magically conjures a lavish mansion on an empty lot directly across from Tony's home, complete with a pair of ostentatious, pretend wealthy parents.
