In "The Avenging Phantom," ten-year-old Jimmy struggles with his fear of the dark, which rivals his anxiety about the grumpy old woman at the local variety store, the ferocious dog that chases him every day, and the relentless bully who makes his life difficult. In "Myth Conceptions," a money-hungry treasure seeker is on a quest in Greece, digging through the ancient cave ruins in search of the legendary Medusa.
