Jennifer Saunders and Joanna Lumley reprise their roles as Edina and Patsy, bringing a touch of realism to Roseanne's over-the-top Halloween celebration. The duo attends an exclusive party on the Upper West Side, where newly wealthy Roseanne and Jackie are trying to fit into New York's elite social circle. However, things take a strange turn for the expectant grandmother Roseanne when a witches' coven reminiscent of "Rosemary's Baby" makes an appearance, leading to peculiar occurrences involving a very pregnant Darlene.
