Mob, Ritsu, and Teru find themselves locked in a room devoid of their powers. Suddenly, an unexpected figure appears: Mob's mentor and self-styled psychic, Reigen. Mistakenly identified as the leader of Claw, Reigen effortlessly infiltrates the facility and rescues the trio. However, Ishiguro is determined not to let them escape without a fight. As they attempt to flee from the 7th Division, they face opposition from the upper ranks, who stand ready to confront them.
