Joannie gets into a minor car accident with an actual developer who's furious about Bradford's article criticizing his project. At the same time, Elizabeth's plans for prom take a turn for the worse when all three of her dates arrive at once, leaving her without anyone to go with. Meanwhile, Tommy finds himself in trouble after he accidentally breaks a window at a nearby church.
