Malloy seeks a solution for a 60-year-old repeat offender he apprehended a decade ago, who has recently been released and is now pleading to be arrested again so he can enjoy his retirement in prison. At the same time, he and Reed grow wary while looking into what seems to be a home burglary, and they later rush to the scene of an ongoing bank heist.
