Episode Overview
Noel examines nine-month-old cockapoo Betsy, whose owners, Sophie and Dan, are worried about her dragging front paw due to nerve damage, to explore potential surgical solutions. Unfortunately, when Betsy starts showing signs of gangrene, she requires amputation of her paw. To protect the remainder of her leg, Noel uses a specialized implant known as a PerFiTS (Percutaneous Fixation to the Skeleton) to replace the amputated foot.
