Meanwhile, Maddie wrestles with the truth about Deacon being her father. Feeling isolated, she confides in Juliette, inadvertently disclosing the events leading up to the crash. Additionally, Gunnar and Scarlett find their relationship increasingly tangled after his proposal, prompting them to seek guidance from their friends, Will and Zoey.
