This episode of Hoarders revisits five individuals from earlier seasons. Al from Hammond, Indiana, is grappling with the loss of custody of his son due to his hoarding issues. Jill in Milwaukee continues to struggle as a food hoarder, convinced that expiration dates are insignificant. Dale faces potential eviction from his Boston loft, where he has resided for more than three decades. Meanwhile, Claire and Vance have crammed their entire Chicago home with an overwhelming collection of books. Lastly, Verna in Santa Cruz, California, has been relegated to sleeping in her attic as her home has become severely cluttered.
