In "Cowboy," Brian Kehoe's joyful reunion is thrown into disarray when his previous fabrications about being a rodeo champion come to light, revealing he is merely a rodeo clown. In "Substitute Wife," Nadine Winslow, a chronic hypochondriac, becomes convinced she is facing a terminal illness and embarks on a quest to find a new spouse for her husband, believing her time is running out.
