Upon Jay's return, Michael chooses not to mention her noticeable weight gain. As the episode progresses, it culminates in a surreal dream sequence where Janet experiences a nightmare. In this unsettling vision, the whole family is significantly overweight, a result of Michael's decision to join Janet in her journey to gain weight.
