McNulty's team finally acquires 'clone' pagers to monitor Barksdale and his crew, but they're struggling to decipher the codes the callers use. At the same time, Bell is teaching D'Angelo how to manage his lookouts while also trying to identify a potential informant. Later on, Carver and Herc track down Bodie, but their questioning yields no useful information.
