Episode Overview

Upon discovering that the Unova League conference is still three months away, Ash, Iris, and Cilan reunite with Cynthia, the Champion of the Sinnoh Region. She reveals her visit to Unova is for an exhibition match at the Pokémon World Tournament Junior Cup in Lacunosa Town, where the winner gets a chance to battle Alder, the current Champion of Unova. As the group departs from Virbank City en route to Undella Town, they encounter the legendary Melody Pokémon, Meloetta, who appears to be unwell.
