Episode Overview
In a thrilling 3-on-3 Gym battle overseen by Roark, the Gym Leader from Oreburgh, Ash faces off against Byron, the fossil-enthusiast Gym Leader from Canalave. Byron kicks things off with Bronzor, a Steel and Psychic type, prompting Ash to counter with Chimchar, his Fire-type Pokémon. However, Bronzor's Heatproof Ability shields it from Chimchar's fiery assaults. To complicate matters, Bronzor summons Rain Dance, dampening Chimchar's efforts. Undeterred, Chimchar charges forward with a Flame Wheel, colliding with Bronzor’s Gyro Ball. The fierce clash results in Bronzor's defeat, but Chimchar struggles to remain standing!
