Episode Overview
As SpongeBob gears up for his boating school oral presentation, he suddenly experiences stage fright. Seeking assistance, he turns to Sandy, who gives him special goggles designed to help him feel more at ease by letting him see everyone in their underwear. Unfortunately, during his presentation, the goggles malfunction, causing SpongeBob to panic and flee in a boatmobile. In his haste, he runs a red light, catching the attention of a police officer who promptly begins to pursue him.
